I loved the comfortable seating area and the electric kettle with complimentary beverages. Also, the staff was super friendly, with amazing spa options like full body massages and neck massages. Very relaxing stay.

I was extremely frustrated with the incredibly slow WiFi. On top of that, the heating was inconsistent, leaving the room uncomfortably cold at times.

I stayed for 1 night in a Standard Single Room Non-Smoking. The location was quite convenient with a 7-11 nearby. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. Breakfast was a good value, especially the Japanese option. I appreciated the friendly staff. 🍽️
